Gong Bath Sound Journey with Gary Fishman
Immerse yourself in the primal sounds and powerful vibrations of sound master Gary Fishman, who has been guiding cosmic sound journeys for over two decades in Colorado. His planetary gongs are harmonically tuned to align with cosmic cycles, creating a profound resonance. Paired with the deep tones of the didgeridoo and the rhythmic beats of drums, Gary’s shamanic sound journey offers a truly cosmic experience.
By attending our sound bath, you can expect to feel deeply relaxed, with a sense of calm washing over you. Many participants report reduced anxiety and stress, relief from pain, better sleep, an uplifted mood, and heightened body awareness. Some even experience synesthesia and deep spiritual connection.
Natural Medicine Education & Intention Setting
Hosted by Victoria Novello, an energy healer, and Noah Novello, lead scientist and founder of Friday Ventures, which offers lab testing, consulting, education and harm reduction/support services in the natural medicine space. Together, they will offer valuable knowledge acquired through many years of research, formal training, and personal experience to create a safe environment.
Our journey will begin with a guided intention setting ceremony to help you focus your experience. There will be ample time allocated after the completion of the sound bath for group sharing and socializing. Food and drink will be available to ground and nourish you after the journey. This event is a space for gentle and safe exploration of sound frequency healing and mind-altering substances in the legal personal use space.

- 6-8:00pm Sharing Circle & Grounding with Food and Community
What to Bring
- Something comfortable to lay on for 90+ minutes (ie. camping mat, sleeping bag)
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Blanket & Pillow
- Eye mask
- A variety of healthy foods will be offered after the journey. Feel free to bring your favorite food to share!
Who Can Participate: This event is well-suited for first timers and experienced psychonauts alike. Participants must be over 21 years old.
Health Screening & Waiver: You will be required to fill out a health screening form and sign a waiver to be in compliance with the Natural Medicine Health Act SB 23-290.

Our Sound Bath will be held at the historic Highlands Masonic Temple at 3550 Federal Blvd. This beautiful private event space has offers the perfect acoustics for a sound bath experience. We can't wait to host you for this unique and healing experience!
