In the Sound Bath, release into your warm and cozy nest to experience a balanced fullness/receiving, an embodied listening, and an awakening to sensation and awareness… The candlelit darkness helps create a warm, gentle and sonorous cocoon… access more spaciousness for joy, clarity, possibilities and freshness!
The integration of Guided Meditation and Reiki with the bath create a potent opportunity to emerge fully rejuvenated!
