Take a midweek pause to realign your energy and return to balance. This 75-minute experience combines guided meditation and a restorative sound bath led by Kat & Judy, using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments to create a deeply soothing atmosphere.

Float into stillness, release tension, and allow the sound vibrations to reset your body and mind for the rest of the week.
