SOUND BATH & LIGHT IMMERSION

Join us for a deeply restorative experience combining a sound bath with crystal singing bowls and a light immersion meditation.

The soothing vibrations of the singing bowls together with gentle light patterns help guide the brain into a relaxed meditative state, supporting stress relief, mental clarity, and nervous system regulation.

During the session, you will simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sound and light to guide you into deep relaxation.
