This experience is designed to support you in softening, opening, and reconnecting with your inner truth in a safe, heart-centered environment.

We’ll begin in a healing circle, where you’ll be invited to share what’s present on your heart. This is a space to be seen, heard, and witnessed without judgment—something many of us deeply crave yet rarely experience.
From here, you’ll be guided through a Flower Full Moon meditation, aligned with themes of:
- growth and expansion
- releasing what no longer serves
- setting intentions rooted in your truth
We’ll then transition into a deeply immersive sound bath, where soothing frequencies will support your nervous system in relaxing and integrating everything that has been opened, felt, and realized.
This is where the magic settles in—allowing insights to anchor and your energy to realign with clarity and peace.
