Nope! This session is fully guided and suitable for beginners.
What should I bring?
We recommend comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and any personal comfort items (we provide eyemasks, blankets, mats, and bolsters).

Absolutely. Many of our guests arrive solo and leave feeling deeply connected.
