The Autumn Equinox has always been an important occasion for our ancestors all around the globe, in every civilisation. It is the time to reap the rewards of the year; to enjoy the harvest from all we have put in to life, as well as reflecting on what we need to learn to improve and prepare for the winter ahead. As the hours of daylight and night equalise, it is also a time to consider and invite balance back into our lives.
The energy of abundance and gratitude abounds, and this is the time to give thanks for what mother earth has provided for us and to begin taking our spiritual journey inward..
In this beautiful space of nourishing connection, you will be given the opportunity to set intentions, enjoy a divinely blissful cacao blessing, relax for a healing guided meditation and powerful soundbath, with tea, g/f treats and time to connect again at the end. There will also be oracle cards there for you to gain further insights.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you cannot attend. If less than 48 hours notice is given, it will not be possible to exchange or refund, however we will always try to help you find someone to replace you so that nobody loses out. You may sell your ticket on to another.
This event is not suitable if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have a pace maker or epilepsy.
