About this Event
The combination of breathwork and sound bath meditation is powerful for healing, and an excellent way to maintain deep meditation. Please join us!
Please arrive about 15 mins before the event begins to check in and get settled, we will NOT be able to admit you if you are late!
The session will begin with simple instructions to begin foundational breathwork that will lead us directly into our sound bath that will last about 60 mins. The final 15 mins of the event will be an integration discussion for any who would like to participate (just listening is perfectly ok :)
The location is a home that is used for small private events like this, and for AirBNB rentals. You may park anywhere on the street but please do not block any driveways. We will provide yoga mats, head pillow, leg bolster, and a blanket. If you need anything else to be comfortable lying down please bring it.
