About this Event

Sound Bath & Blooms

By L'Atelier Ku × Zephyr and Flower

A gentle retreat into sound and bloom — where stillness meets creation.

We begin by softening into a sound bath, grounded in warm, resonant tones. A moment to arrive fully in your body, to breathe, and to be held by vibration.

From that calm centre, we move into a floral jam — a slow, intuitive play with nature’s textures and colours. With gentle guidance, you’ll create your own festive arrangement: an expression of your inner rhythm, shaped through your hands.

A pause between seasons. A space to rest, create, and return home —with a bloom that’s entirely yours.

What awaits us?

Part I — Immersive Sound Bath

Sink into resonance. Let the soothing singing bowls and chimes calm your body and spirit. A full-body reset designed to restore, realign, and return you to yourself.

Part II — Guided Floral Jam

Let your senses guide you as you explore the quiet beauty of seasonal blooms. Through a meditative, intentional approach, you’ll create your own floral arrangement—using a provided flowers & vase—to take home as a living expression of your inner stillness.

Energy exchange: $220

A three-hour sensory retreat for six guests only.

Includes all materials — flowers, vase, guidance, sound journey, tea & small bites.

Come as you are. Leave with a quieter mind and a floral piece that speaks to the soul.

Who is the facilitator:

Aileen

Hi, I'm Aileen. A creative, a daydreamer, someone who loves clean aesthetics and wandering far beyond the usual paths — not to tick boxes, but to pause, observe, and feel.

For nearly two decades, I shaped spaces and stories as an interior designer. But I began to wonder: What if work isn’t just about what we’re good at, but what makes us feel most alive? What if we’re meant to do more than one thing in this lifetime?

Though I loved design deeply, I realized a part of me was slipping away. In quiet reflection, I felt drawn to flowers — their softness, resilience, and fleeting beauty. They taught me to embrace impermanence, find joy in small gestures, and trust the natural unfolding of each season.

Zephyr and Flowers was born from this journey: a return to breath, to presence, to the poetry of nature. A space where each arrangement is not just decoration, but a quiet conversation with the soul — an invitation to pause, to feel, and to remember what truly matters.

Flowers have become a platform of exploration and creation for me, and through Zephyr and Flowers, I hope to share a slice of this wonder and freedom with you.

Haruka

Her role is to hold a space where people feel safe to simply be—to return to themselves without judgment. Drawing from a range of integrative practices, she gently supports others in reconnecting with the peace and clarity already within their body, mind, and soul. Guided by a lifelong longing to see the world—and the self—as they truly are, she has explored many pathways of inner inquiry and healing.
