This 2.5-hour experience weaves together sound bath healing, gentle movement, and art therapy to support nervous system regulation and emotional grounding. Whether you are a parent navigating stress/burnout/overstimulation/overwhelm, or anyone dealing with the stresses of life, this experience welcomes you to help you find ways to return to a healthier state in your body.

Through body mapping, returning to the breath, and creative expression in art, you'll explore where emotions live in your body and what they need to soften, shift, or be seen. What to bring: A yoga mat or blanket to sit on. A water bottle and anything else (like an additional blanket) to make you comfortable.

Facilitated by Nicole Bodnaresk, this session includes a deeply calming live sound bath using flutes, drums, voice, and other healing frequencies designed to support restoration and embodied release.
