Sound baths & sound slumbers with ECHO Studio are meditative experiences that draw upon breath-work, guided meditation, aromatherapy and theta frequencies which bring you into a more deeply relaxed state for when you are floating on sound created with Tibetan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls, gong-work, a Turkish cymbal, rattles, drums and unique instruments crafted by Mother Nature and myself.
This sound bath is for an intentionally small group of people to provide plenty of room to breathe and be. If you have a large group with 10-30 people, please call or text me at 719-722-1082 and we can plan a time to accomodate your group size.
At ECHO Studio:
I curate small group sound baths and private group sound baths, in addition to individual and two person sessions for when you need to journey even deeper with sound. I also offer sound bath and journey experiences at alternate locations to accomodate larger groups in events and retreats. I would love to curate an experience that supports you.

What you need:
Please bring a fresh blanket, pillow and bottle of water for your comfort. Feel free to bring an extra mat for extra padding, an extra pillow for hip support, an eye pillow for deeper rest. Yoga mats are provided.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in. The exterior door is locked at the start of the event as we are unable to wait for late arrivals.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event. If you realize that are unable to attend after the 7 day period is up - you may transfer your ticket to another person, but not another event. Unfortunately there are no refunds after the 7 day mark and no refunds for no-notice/no-shows. I greatly appreciate your cooperation.
