This relaxation event begins by adding gentle movement and breath into body. After which, you'll be asked to get comfortable, as you are completely immersed in the healing tones of quartz crystal singing bowls. No experience is necessary.
This is a mediation event.
We repeat- absolutely no experience is necessary. :)
We recommend bringing your own blankets & pillows from home. We have some meditation items available at the studio, which are first come, first serve.

Meet your host... Anna was drawn to music at a young age, feeling a deep connection with sound and music. When she attended her first sound bath as an adult, it immediately resonated with her. Knowing that healing could happen through sound in such an intrinsic and universal way, she began to incorporate her works as a yoga teacher with her love of sound to create experiences that include both movement and sound.
