A sound bath is an immersive sound experience where different soothing instruments such as crystal sound bowls, gongs and chimes are played and participants are invited to rest and receive. We’ll begin our time with simple breath attunement and practices to shift the gaze inward with the intention of relaxing the mind and body. People often report accessing a liminal or dream-like state where one is neither awake nor asleep. Regardless, it is an hour to slow down and practice focusing our attention on the healing nature of sound and vibration. Dress comfortably, bring any props that will support your comfort (blankets, pillows, yoga mat, towel) and show up exactly as you are. All bodies are welcome & no prior experience is needed.SUPPLIES & MATERIALS
