Take a pause from the hustle of modernity and human-centered narratives and open through your sense of sight, sound, touch, smell, taste and intuition to the wisdom, support and connection that is ever awaiting us from the other-than-human world. We’ll gather to slow down our movement & enter into a deeper relationship with our shared ecosystem. Our time will include gentle guidance and invitations to wander and practice focusing our attention with the intention of opening, asking questions and listening, perhaps in ways we’re not used to listening. You’ll be held in a container of care with the opportunity to reflect and share with other participants. Bonus: science shows that spending time in and amongst the trees supports the immune system among other health benefits.SUPPLIES & MATERIALS
