Our first Sound Bath fir January is next Tuesday 7th in St Martin’s Gall, Effingham, so why not join us and start 2025 with a complete rejuvenation of mind and body. We will be focusing on all 7 chakras with relevant crystals to help remind our energy centres how they should be functioning to bring better health physically, mentally and emotionally. ✨You will be guided into a beautiful deep meditation with the crystals of your choosing placed on each chakra and then surrounded by the therapeutic tones of the Quartz Crystal Bowls, the Himalayan Bowls, the Quartz Crystal Harp and Practitioner Bowl and the soulful sounds of the Steel Tongue Drum. All of these wonderful sound vibrations in combination with the unique energy of the crystals, are known to help calm your nervous system, shift any stagnant energy, re-ignite movement of your lymph fluids, reduce blood pressure and stress and bring an overall sense of peace, clarity and tranquility.
