Experience the ultimate relaxation with one of our Sound Bath sessions. Indulge in an enchanting sound journey that will transport you to a state of blissful tranquility.
Immerse yourself in the soothing atmosphere as you lie back and let the soothing waves of sound wash over you.
We will begin with a guided meditation to help you gently transition into a state of deep relaxation. Crystal singing bowls, drums and chimes will then be used to produce soothing sounds and healing vibrations that resonate deep within your body. In this deeply relaxed state, your own innate healing abilities are able to work more effectively to bring you back into optimal alignment, enhancing overall health and wellbeing. Each gentle note will melt away stress, tension, and worries, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed.
To make yourself as comfortable as possible you may like to bring a blanket and a pillow or cushion with you. Loose comfortable clothing is recommended as well as a nice warm cosy layer and socks. This practice can be done lying on the floor on a mat or seated in a chair depending on your own requirements. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or if you don't have your own get in touch to let me know and this can be provided.
Please note that Sound baths may not be suitable for some individuals, specifically those who:
• are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy
• have frequency triggered epilepsy or any seizures which are sound triggered
• currently have one of the following mental health conditions: Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, paranoid schizophrenia
• have metal implants, metal plates or other metallic items in the body (excluding tooth fillings and piercings)
It is ultimately your responsibility to decide whether the session is appropriate for you. If you are unsure whether or not sound baths are suitable for you, it is advisable to check with your doctor or a health care professional before attending a session.
