Sound Bath

This is the Yule Sound Bath! No matter what you celebrate (or don’t celebrate) this time of year, this is a beautiful time to take a moment for yourself and reset. Let go of the year past, and welcome in the growing light of the approaching winter solstice. Tickets are $35. 6pm at Tribal Connection Market in Okotoks. Try something new! It’s so relaxing and good for the soul. Let the sound and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs wash over you as you lie in stillness and let your body and mind rest. Bring a friend or come alone. The website will walk you through purchasing online tickets or contact me to reserve a spot and bring cash. Space is limited, so don’t wait! I can’t wait to see you.

Recommended to bring:

-yoga mat to lie on

-blanket and pillow to be cozy

-anything that will make you comfortable on the floor.

There are also comfortable chairs if you prefer to sit, or you can bring a zero gravity lawn chair.
