Sound & Voice Activation: The Power Center focuses on the 3rd chakra, helping you step into your strength, build confidence, and express your authentic voice with clarity and conviction.
Through movement, vocal exercises, and guided meditation, you’ll learn to embody your power and speak your truth.

- Embodied Strength: Use movement, sound and breathwork to connect with your core, building physical and energetic strength in your power center.
- Healing the 3rd Chakra: Participate in guided meditations and toning practices to clear blockages, embrace your personal power, and balance your Solar Plexus energy.
THE BEGINNING OF AN ENTIRE CHAKRA SERIES
This will be a series of classes throughout the rest of the year, moving through all 8 energy centers (chakras). We will be exploring the sounds and songs of each one, in each experience, and at the end of this series (and each class) we will come up with a song to activate, heal and balance them.
