Sound & Voice Activation: "Untangle the Voice: Sound & Family Constellation Work"
Our voices carry more than personal stories—they hold the echoes of our lineage. In this special March Sound & Voice Activation, we come together to gently explore and release ancestral patterns that have shaped how (and whether) our voices have been expressed.
Join Chris Young-Ginzburg and Regina Martinelli for a deeply supportive, embodied experience designed to uncover where the voice may have been silenced, restricted or held back through family history, cultural conditioning and inherited survival patterns.
Through sound, somatic awareness and experiential Family Constellation practices, we’ll create space for the voice to reclaim its natural freedom, meeting what arises with compassion, curiosity and care.

Explore how ancestral patterns influence self-expression, visibility, and the right to be heard.
🌿 Family Constellation Exercises (Led by Regina Martinelli)
Regina will guide hands-on, experiential Family Constellation practices to help illuminate and shift inherited dynamics connected to voice blockages and expression within the lineage.
🎶 Sound & Voice Activation (Led by Chris Young-Ginzburg)
Gentle, non-performative vocal practices using sound, breath, and presence to support release, resonance, and authentic expression.
💫 Somatic & Energetic Clearing
Body-based exploration to help unwind inherited tension and open new pathways for expression.
🤍 Safe, Grounded Group Container
A respectful, trauma-aware space where participation is invitational and paced by the nervous system.

About Regina Martinelli:
Regina is a certified Master transformational NLP practitioner, Holographic coach, with a Master’s degree in Change Management/Organizational Development.
