Join us for a gentle, welcoming session designed to support relaxation, ease anxiety, and help you reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space.This is not about performance or singing “well” , it’s about exploring sound in a way that feels comfortable for you. You are always welcome to simply listen and rest.

• Guided meditation
• Gentle vocal sounding (optional)
• Simple vagus nerve relaxation practices
• Gong & sound bath
• Deep rest and stillness
These practices can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create a sense of safety in the body.
