About this Event
Join us for Sound & Soul, a restorative art and wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.
This immersive session blends sound healing, guided reflecton, and creative expression—supporting both relaxation and deeper self-connection.
We'll begin with a gentle arrival and opening journaling practice to help you ground and set intention. From there, you'll be guided into a sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other instruments - inviting your body into a more relaxed, receptive state.
After the sound bath, we'll transition into reflective journaling and mixed-media collaging experience, offering space to process, integrate, and express what emerged during the session.
This experience is designed to feel accessible, supportive, and nourishing—whether you're new to this kind of work or returning to it.
You'll leave feeling more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.

About the Sound Bath
The sound bath is centered on helping you slow down, reconnect with your body, and settle into a more relaxed, grounded state. Using crystal singing bowls and other instruments, it’s less about doing anything and more about receiving—offering a space to rest and notice what’s coming up.
Amy's approach is intuitive but also grounded in a trauma-informed lens, making the experience feel safe and accessible for people of all backgrounds and levels of experience.
About the Art Experience
You will be guided through mindful journaling to stay present, reflect on your experience with the sound bath, and explore ways you can further honor your well-being. You will then create a mixed-media collage art piece that captures what you experienced in the sound bath in your body, mind, and soul. You’ll take home your inspiring piece that will keep the healing vibrations present in you and remind you that you are worthy of your wellness.

With Zenit and Made With Love, Alina uses guided journaling and restorative art to foster natural creative expression and human connection as paths to healing and wellbeing.
