Sound & Ceremony Wellness Journey: Sunset Floating Sound Ceremony

Join Lara of Coastal Verve Sound for an immersive evening of ceremony, sound, and deep relaxation at the beautiful outdoor pool at Blackhawk Country Club.

We begin the evening by gathering together for ceremonial cacao and intention setting. Cacao is a heart opening beverage traditionally used in ceremony to help us slow down, connect, and arrive fully in the present moment. Lara will gently guide the group in setting personal intentions for the journey ahead.

Water attendants will then assist you as you embark onto your float. Blankets and disposable eye pillows are provided for your comfort. Simply lie back, settle in, and relax as you float effortlessly on the water beneath the evening sky.

Allow yourself to be wrapped in a cocoon of sound as Lara guides an extended floating sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other calming instruments. Each session is unique and intuitively guided to support deep relaxation and meditation.

When the journey comes to a close, remain relaxed on your float as water attendants gently guide you back to the pool’s edge. From there you will step off your float and join the group for a gentle integration as we slowly return to the space and reconnect with our bodies.

Join us for herbal tea beverages and light snacks as we gather for this closing moment of reflection and grounding.

(You may bring your own from home) Simply lie back, settle in, and allow yourself to relax as you float effortlessly on the water. From there, we will guide you into the sound journey.

Info: Totally relax on your air mattress knowing our water attendants are in the pool to support the experience. Allow yourself to settle in and enjoy the evening wrapped in a cocoon of sound. We begin with a deep meditative journey that gently guides you inward, followed by a live sound healing with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other calming instruments.
