SOUND A SLEEP - Late Autumn. Autumnal Sound Bath - Energy Work - Yoga Nidra

Welcoming you to our last Sound A Sleep of 2025. This is where we enter a deeper hibernation and stillness phase.
Approximately 2 hours consisting of Energy Work, selected for the Season. Be it gentle somatic movement (accessible to all), 121 Sound Therapy, Crystals, Meditation, Breathwork (Pranayama), Reiki, Touch therapy, it will be something in this season to very much bring you to rest. At this point you are offered a Seasonal Essential Oil blend to wear, should you wish, to bring you to the here and now.
It is then followed by a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) practice. This is a guided journey through your consciousness, to help you either deeply rest, or gain insight.
You will be led into a Seasonal Sound Bath straight from the Yoga Nidra, to continue your journey. Expect deep, warm and etheric tones this time of year.
To finish, sweet seasonal chocolates help you come back to your outer world with ease.
At this point, there will be Oracle Cards for you to choose a little message to guide your journey. I can help you with reading them should you wish.
You can just sit, chat or just be at the end, before you float out the door.
All this in a room that is dressed and lit for late Autumn.
This event takes place on 28/11/25 between 7.15pm - 9pm at Little Clacton Village Hall. It costs £20 pre booked and paid via Bank Transfer or Paypal. Private message me for these details.
Please bring with you your mat, blanket and a couple of cushion and dress for deep rest. Eye masks are provided should you want one.
Bring a drink of of choice. As discussed, chocolates will be offered at the end, but if you have any specific dietary requirements, then best to bring your own, just to help bring you back from your slumber.
