SoulVibe Sessions is an immersive experience designed to actively shift your internal state—physically, mentally, and emotionally—using breath, rhythm, and carefully structured pacing.
As the session builds, your breathing pattern begins to influence your nervous system in real time. The constant mental noise starts to quiet, and your awareness moves out of your head and into your body. From that place, things tend to surface more clearly—patterns, emotions, insight, or a sense of direction that is usually buried under the pace of daily life.
The music is not background—it drives the experience. It builds in intensity alongside your breath, creating momentum that helps you move past your usual limits and stay with the process longer than you normally would on your own.
Each session follows a deliberate arc: opening, building, deepening, and integration. You are guided the entire way, so you are not left to figure it out—you are led through it.

Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring an another mat, blanket or pillow for additional comfort during your session.
Contraindications – Please Read Before Registering
While psychedelic breathwork is safe for most people, it is a powerful somatic practice that affects the nervous system, heart rate, and emotional processing. For your safety, this practice is not recommended if you have or have experienced any of the following:
- Cardiovascular issues (including high blood pressure that is uncontrolled, heart disease, history of heart attack, or stroke)
- Severe or chronic asthma (unless you bring your inhaler and have prior approval)
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Detached retina or glaucoma
- Recent surgery or physical injury that may be impacted by intense breathing or body movement
- Severe psychiatric conditions (such as untreated bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis)
- Hospitalization for mental health in the past 3 years (please reach out for a case-by-case conversation)
- Use of medications that alter brain chemistry (such as antipsychotics or mood stabilizers—please consult with your prescribing doctor)
- Pregnancy (due to the intensity of the breath pattern and emotional release)
