Join us for the 15th edition of SoulStoked, a one-of-a-kind floating wellness retreat hosted by Laura Monk of Soulfish Yoga & Experiential Events.
This 3-hour mini-retreat takes place aboard the stunning Triton Catamaran Yacht, cruising through the iconic San Diego Bay. It’s the ultimate way to soak up the Locals’ Summer — September style.
What to Expect:
- All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga + Guided Meditation (45 min)
- Live DJ Set by Disco Penny Lane — elevate your practice and your vibe
- Optional Swim + Waterslide Access — dive into the Pacific from the boat!
- Complimentary Refreshments from Powerhaus Pizza and Windansea Coffee
- Swag Bags, Local Wellness Brand gifts, & Onboard Vendor Samples
- Full Bar Onboard (drinks available for purchase via card or Apple Pay)
Whether you're new to the San Diego yoga scene or a returning SoulStoked regular, this experience invites you to flow, connect, celebrate, and swim in the joy of community, sunshine, and self-care.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Bathing suit (recommended to wear under your clothes, but there are two restrooms on board for you to change)
- Towel, water bottle, sunglasses, sunscreen, and light layers
- Valid ID for alcohol purchases
Important Info:
- Boarding begins at 10:00 AM; boat departs at 10:30 AM sharp.We cannot wait for late arrivals—please plan accordingly!
- Waivers will be emailed to you upon registration. All guests must sign prior to boarding.
- All ages welcome (kids under 12 must be pre-approved — contact the organizer).
- No outside alcohol permitted. You may bring food onboard.
Refund Policy:Tickets are non-refundable but transferrable. If you can't attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another individual.
