SOULSPEAK MEDITATION CIRCLE: Season of The Crone
Circle will include a deep group discussion on the energetic properties of the Crown stage of womanhood and the season of Winter. (Essence, presence, boundaries, being unapologetic, knowing oneself, inner beauty time of life, resilience, solitude, quiet & steady living, and more.) What do these mean in our day to day life and how do we cultivate them? I will lead you through a guided meditation, taking you high up in the Crone's Winter Mountains on a snowy day to meet Grandmother Crone, as she holds sacred space for you too see yourself clearer. She will align our chakras, purify our thoughts, steady our emotions, with the elements of wind, snow, fire, ice, and moon. We will also engage in a Talking Stick ritual to pay respect to our earthly Grandmothers, telling personal stories of how they shaped us, from either their exalted crone or stunted crone energies. This will be a time of gratitude, sharing, support, alignment, release, and calling up of the Crone Wisdom Empowerment. All women, no matter your physical age, have the Crone inside, come summon her forward and feel her force rise in you. Men are also welcome to this circle, as this stage of womanhood has much to teach everyone. However you identify, you are welcome.
Date: January. 4, 2026, Sunday, after church service, apprx. Noon start. (You can attend even if you can't make it to church service) Church service starts at 10:30 am, all welcome as well.
Time: 1.5 to 2 hrs ( but join for as much as you can)
Who: Adults & children over age 14

Facilitator: Sherry is a Reiki Master Practitioner, Intuitive and has been leading Spirit circles locally for many years in a local woman's shelter and the community, with the intent to guide people back to their inner light and personal power.
WHAT TO BRING: Journal & pen, Yoga mat if you so desire.
Chairs and restroom available.
