Soulrender Wellness Collective: Sunset Beach Walk Wellness Event
Join us for a peaceful Sunset Beach Walk at Barefoot Beach hosted by Soulrender Wellness Collective and The Dapper House.
This free community gathering is designed to bring people together through wellness, connection, and intention.
We will begin with a short grounding and guided breathwork practice led by our wellness guest, Michelle Lea with NuYou Naples, to help settle the mind and body. From there, we’ll take a mindful walk along the shoreline as the sun sets over the Gulf.
This is a simple but powerful opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and meet others who are committed to living well.
Whether you are coming alone, with a partner, or with friends, you are welcome here.

No experience with meditation or breathwork is needed.
Parking: Parking can be limited at Barefoot Beach. There are two public lots available and a small Lee County parking meter fee. Arrive early to secure a spot.

Yes. This is a free community event.
Do I need experience with breathwork or meditation?
Not at all. This is beginner friendly.
Can I bring friends or family?
Absolutely. All are welcome.

Barefoot Beach – meet in front of Docs Resturant on the beach
What happens if it rains?
We will notify attendees if weather requires rescheduling.
Are dogs allowed on Barefoot beach?
No. Dogs are not permitted on Barefoot Beach, so please leave pets at home for this event.
