Welcome to Soulounge, a monthly open mic night dedicated to resting and energizing the soul at Bushwick's Lovejoys. Here, we invite you to immerse yourself in a tapestry of creative expression in all forms of artistry, providing a welcoming platform for poets, musicians, storytellers, comedians, and performers of all kinds. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a passionate beginner, our open mic welcomes you to share your talent and connect with a supportive community.

At Soulounge, we believe that art has the power to inspire, heal, and bring people together. Our events are designed to create a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable to express themselves. So grab a drink, find a cozy spot, and get ready to be moved by the incredible talent that graces the mic.
Guidelines for Soulounge Open Mic:
Respect the Space: This is a sanctuary for the soul. Please be mindful of the atmosphere and maintain a respectful silence when others are performing.
Content: We encourage content that is uplifting, soothing, and reflective.
Time Limit: To ensure everyone has a chance to share, we ask that each performance be kept to 6 minutes or less.

Open Hearts and Minds: This is a judgment-free zone. We welcome all forms of expression and encourage a supportive and inclusive environment.
Tickets are $10 online rsvp per performer with one drink minimum. $15 at door.
