Soulfull Sunday Flow w. Soulfull Yogi Cici
An all levels friendly vinyasa yoga flow class lead by Cici at the beautiful Lake Balboa Park. The end of class will be following with an immersive sound healing experience with Crystal sound bowls. Come join us for a relaxing morning of self care, momvement, community, and VIBES! This is a safe space for all black, brown, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+.
Complimentary infused waters and gratitude bags included with ticket purchase. Available while supplies last, so grab your mat and meet us there!
Early arrival is highly suggested as the session will start on time!!
9:30-10:00 am - check in
10:00-11:00 am - Yoga Flow
11:00-11:15 am - Sound bath
11:15-12:30 pm - Get to know your community!! Mingle, take pictures, VIBE and feel free to BYO Picnic
