Soulful Sundays is a 2 part event starting with a Soulful Discussion at 11 AM and then concluding with a Soulful Sound Bath at 1 PM. (bit.ly/SoundBowlDC)
Our Soulful Discussion, which includes drum circle and mini sound bath, is a safe space to discuss religion and spirituality in such a way that we gain a deeper insight into how to obtain and maintain in our lives “the Peace of God that Surpasses All Understanding” 😇
Our Soulful Sound Bath is an integration experience. Whether it stems from our “Soulful Discussion” or it stems from your uploads and observations in your own life, the intention is to allow full relaxation into the sensation and vibration of your intellectual information surrounding peace, joy, and tranquillity, leaving you feeling grateful, confident, and inspired for the upcoming strong (week) 😊

Soulful Sound Bath $33 as an isolated event and $22 if you attend our Soulful Discussion at 11am
📋 What to Bring:
To enrich and foster a deeper sense of community, we kindly ask you to bring the following items:
- For the Altar: 🕯️ Enhance our communal altar with items that represent your journey or aspirations. Consider bringing a small offering such as flowers 🌼, herbs 🌿, or a personal token 📿.
- Food to Share: 🥘 Contribute to our community potluck by bringing a dish to share. Anything from appetizers to desserts is welcome, as it adds to the diversity and richness of our shared table.
- Live Plants or Flowers: 🌱 Flowers and plants are not just decorations; they are symbols of growth and renewal. Bringing them contributes to the beauty of our space and supports a vibrant, life-affirming atmosphere.
