This will be a beautiful evening of meditation, relaxation and conscious connected breathwork!!
Cacao & Share ☕️
We will sit in circle and enjoy the beautiful plant medicine that is Cacao. This will be a space for your voice to be heard in a comforting and supportive space (you don’t have to speak, so no pressure!!!) Cacao is an incredible plant medicine that opens our heart centre, helping us drop out of our ever thinking mind and into our body. (Alternative teas available if you would prefer!)
Meditation & Relaxation 🧘♀️
You will be guided through grounding meditation techniques, along with a body scan exercise. Take a moment to pause, release tension, and allow your thoughts to drift away. This will help you to feel prepared for the coming week!
Conscious Connected Breathwork 🌬️
Then you will be taken on Conscious Connected Breathwork journey. Allowing you to release what no longer serves you, making space for what does. This practice helps with nervous system regulation, bringing your body back to a more balanced and rested state - plus many more positive health benefits.
You will be supported with reiki and a carefully selected playlist throughout!
