Karine has been guiding Wheel of the Year Workshops to honour the seasonal changes and cyclical living for many years, and is very passionate about intertwining nature and Earth based wisdom into her holistic style of Yoga teaching.
Late June sees the wheel turn into Summer Solstice, as we reach the most Yang (fire / active) time of year.
The word solstice is derived from the Latin sol (sun) and sister (to stand still).
Take an hour to nourish yourself, stoke your inner fire, but also explore how we can stay cool, calm and connected as this time of year.
Including:
Slow flow and Yin-spired Yoga.
Intention setting.
Mindfulness.
Mudra.
