About this Event
Join us for an energizing morning full of movement and healing. As Alexis, Blake, and Mike guide you through a sound bath, a grounding thai chi practice, and a powerful yoga experience. Enjoy playing on your mat or our other offerings: watercolor portraits, free chair massages, and more! An exclusive specialty cocktail (with a mocktail option) and food will be offered to participants at the end of the event for a discounted price!
