Jordan will guide a slow, stretchy, Ashtanga-inspired practice rooted in breath, presence, and mindful movement. This offering invites you to soften into the body, unravel tension, and create space for stillness within. Through a gentle and intentional flow, we will explore the quiet balance between effort and ease, restoring the nervous system, grounding the mind, and reconnecting to a deeper sense of self.
Join us on April 12th at 11:30am. Please bring your own mat and any props you may need to support your practice.
