Join us for a grounding Soulful Slow Flow class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and move with intention. This gentle, breath-centered practice blends mindful movement, longer holds, and grounding postures to support emotional well-being, mobility, and nervous system regulation.
You’ll flow at a comfortable pace with plenty of options and modifications — making this class perfect for beginners and anyone craving a slower, more intuitive approach to yoga. Each sequence is designed to help you release tension, build strength with ease, and cultivate presence in your body.
Come exactly as you are — no experience needed.
