Soulful Circle: Divine Feminine Edition

Calling all Black women seeking healing, connection, and self-care 🗣️To close out Women's History month we're tapping into the Divine Feminine energy we all hold! Step into a sanctuary created just for us—a space where your body, mind, and spirit can rest, release, and reconnect.

What's going to happen at this event?

Starting with Intuitive Movement, you will move at your own pace, exploring the ways your body is communicating to you. Together, we will gently release tension, creating space for ease and joy.

Then we flow into a soothing Sound Bowl Meditation, where you can dissolve stress and restore your inner balance.

To close, we’ll hold a Communal Sharing circle—a safe space for us to uplift and support one another, share our stories, and deepen our bonds.
