We are excited to invite you to our 4th Soulful Bush Mama's gathering on Monday 23rd September @ 10:30 - 12:30pm.
This time with guest meditation teacher, intuitive guide, and earth mama Liz McDonald from Soul Sanctuary Healing - who will hold space for us to connect with the rhythm of Pachamama within us all. Guided soulful meditation with Tibetan sound bowls to help you ground, open, and align your heartbeat with your child and the Earth's.
If you and your kids love nature, community and connection to Country, you’ll meet lots of other likeminded kids, Mama's + Grandmothers. All ages welcome.
To honour the Spring Equinox, the land and each other, we'll collectively create a nature mandala offering by the falls. Please bring a flower, feather or leaf.
This trail uses uneven terrain. Expect tall, winding trees, rocks to climb, streams to cross, a small section of semi-bush bashing, and idylic waterfalls. Enjoy wandering through the forest with fellow mama's in our community. In true soulful village style, expect to help each other along the trail. This trail requires footwear with good grip or bare feet.
What to roughly expect:
2.9-km circular trail.
From the car park, 150m walking into the forest, you will come out at a rocky platform where you will find some Aboriginal engravings.
30 mins of mindful walking through the bush on uneven land alongside the stream, connecting to country and chatting along the way. Probably stopping to talk about the local flora and to mindfully connect to what we find.
45 mins meditation with Tibetan singing bowls + nature mandala offering, feel the Spring sun and connect to frequency of the land and each other.
30 mins gentle walk on easy trail back to the car park.
Click the three dots button on the event and add it to your calendar. <3
