Memento Mori is a 90 minute gathering built around the importance of the knowledge of death. Not as something to fear. As a teacher. A clarifier. A force that strips away what does not matter and sharpens what does.
We gather on Memorial Day evening. That is not a coincidence. The weight of that day belongs in this circle.
Breathwork. Brotherhood. Honest conversation. A container for men to ask and discuss the deeper questions.
What to Bring
A drum or something to make sound with, an open mind and a pen and notepad/paper.
