About this Event
Hello, everyone! Join us as for a twist on group fitness, where we also carve time for our mental and spiritual . We start with a journal session, you can either free write, or you can choose a writing prompt intended to reconnect you with you! You'll workout for about 35-45 mins*. The workout is comprised of low impact, body weight exercises with the occasional use of resistance bands. Simple, but effective, movements that are beginner friendly! Progressions & regressions provided. At the end we will finish with some slow, deep, and intentional breaths!
Note: Resistance bands, pens and journal booklet all provided for use.

Info: Get ready to work! The workout design is generally the same with a focus on upper, lower, or total body. There are 5-7 movements, you look to perform As Many Reps as Possible with GOOD form, you rest, and then you repeat. I will be circling the studio observing movement patterns and making suggestions where wanted.
