Soul Bloom: Heal Into Wellness is a 2.5-hour illuminating journey designed for those who are ready to pause, soften, and truly come home to themselves.
This experience is an invitation to step out of survival mode and into a space of nourishment, clarity, and renewal—where healing doesn’t feel forced, but gently unfolds from within.
Through loving, intentional breathwork, gentle music, and supportive sound, Soul Bloom guides you into a deep reset of your nervous system, heart, and energy.
This is not about pushing or fixing—it’s about allowing. Allowing the body to release what it’s been holding, allowing the mind to quiet, and allowing your inner wisdom to rise to the surface.
As you surrender into the experience, space is created for realignment, restoration, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
Soul Bloom is an inner healing and awakening experience for anyone feeling depleted, disconnected, or ready for a fresh beginning. It offers a safe and sacred container to reboot your system, reconnect with your source, and remember the love and vitality that already live within you. Each breath becomes a bridge back to yourself—steady, supportive, and deeply compassionate.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more rooted in your essence—like something dormant has been gently watered back to life. This is a space to heal, to reset, and to bloom your soul—so you can return to your life more aligned, more open, and more alive.

Please bring a yoga mat/blow up camping mattress, blanket and pillow. Maybe an eye mask or something to put over the eyes if you have something. There are limited extras I can give out if needed.
Also eat lightly a few hours before and wear comfy clothing.
Since 2009, Colter has led over 700 Breathwork and meditation events to create healing and awakening. He loves to create sacred spaces for personal transformation and growth. These meditative breathwork experiences can be a quite powerful experience in such a short amount of time and he wants to share them with as many as possible. Colter creates an environment that makes you feel connected to yourself, to other participants, and to the pulse of life inside us all.
