Our day retreat is going on the road and adding some elements to bring you a greater sense of physical well-being. We will meet you at Montrave Estate where we will be enjoying a day of nourishment, yoga, sauna, and fresh-water dips while being led by Finlay, Alan, and Rachel.Our yoga sessions will be suitable for all levels, with myofascial trigger point work, restorative yoga and a sound bath in the open air to wrap up our day.

Travel is not included but we can help link up ride-share. Please bring a towel and swimwear for the sauna/water pool, warm clothes for yoga, and your yoga mat (we will have some with us). Please also let us know of any allergies we need to be aware of but we aim to provide dairy/plant-based options for the day.
