we have co-created our evening focusing on yin energy & the autumn season, to gently awaken your senses, rest your mind and soften into presence. with the medicine of yin yoga and tea meditation, you’ll be invited to connect deeply within. by practicing slowness we can see and feel more and ease into a state of profound relaxation, something most of us humans find hard to do these days.
