Mignon is a transformational musician, performer, sound and mantra healing community builder, event creator and big hearted sacred activist.
Soul Space Circle ⭕️
We will start the evening in the usual Soul Space Circle style to settle us into the space, connecting with ourselves and each other at a soul level before we welcome in the sound healing journey led by Mignon.
Maria Lambi has been hosting Soul Space Circles regularly since 2017. Maria is a compassionate leader, meditation and circle facilitator and an international best selling co-author of the book Beyond Conditioning: Living Life on Your Terms.
Sound Healing with Mignon ❤️🩹
Mignon will deliver a magical Sound Healing Experience.
We will begin with some brain humming and toning to activate the vagus nerve and settle our nervous systems and experience somatic singing and nada yoga (the yoga of sound).
Mignon will guide us through meditation and into a deep sound journey with voice channeling, medicine drum, monochord, crystal alchemy singing bowls and sublime Italian gong sounds.
Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.
