During your Soul Sound Session, Jessica will tune into your frequency and customize a Reiki infused sound bath that can influence your mood, emotions, and even brainwave patterns. This process will lead you to greater relaxation and assist in transmutation and stress relief, leaving a lasting impact on your physiological, psychological, and cognitive processes.
During this session Jessica will begin by checking in and tuning into your energy. With permission, crystals & stones will be placed on or around the body. Combining a powerful technique of Reiki and crystal bowl sound healing, Jessica will customize the energy specifically to you and your needs. Readings are available as an add-on for 1 hour sessions.
