What:
These days may be fraught with anxiety, confusion, paralysis, depression as prices rise, war is waged, and tension builds. We are all connected, and so we feel these tensions inside our body. Through song, chant, mantra and healing sound, give your nervous system a rest and restore your soul's voice in community with others. Be inspired by sacred chants and cultures around
the world. Sing from your natural voice in simple call and response style to still our minds, open our hearts, and let our spirits soar. No experience necessary. Sing, sit, meditate, hum, dance, rest. Bring your favorite morning beverage.
Mats, blankets, cushions and chairs are provided.
Bio
Judith Piazza weaves sound journeys based on our Elemental Nature through didjeridu, dulsitar (TM), drums, flutes, gong, rattles and more. She has helped grow the area's Devotional Song community over the past three years to a large and resounding group. She is known for her skill, talent, and generosity of Spirit.
