Welcome to Soul Shaker Sundays- Ecstatic Dance Event! Get ready to shake your soul and dance like nobody's watching! Join us on Sun, Dec 22, 2024 at 2:30 for check in at We The People Fitness Studio for an afternoon of pure joy and movement.
Dance starts at 2:45pm and goes til 4pm.
Closing Circle at 4pm and Home by 4:15!
Let the music guide you as you express yourself freely on the dance floor. No judgments, no expectations, just pure ecstatic vibes. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a first-timer, this event is for everyone looking to let loose and connect with their inner rhythm and SOUL.
These Sunday Dances are a time for us to deeply connect to our own inner guidance, letting go of all the noise and dropping into our hearts. In this 1hr15minute movement session the music will take you on a journey of self reflection and connect you deeply to your heart.
This Dance is specific to connecting to your own self through movement. Look at it as a time for self care.
This dance is also a great opportunity for PARENTS to bring their Children and connect with them through dance!
