Please bring your own pillow, blanket, eye mask\eye pillow (optional), yoga or thick padded mat, water, and anything else you think you may need to be comfortable for the ceremony. Some folks like to bring crystals and also journal afterward.

Please arrive by 10 till to find a good spot to get comfortable in and make any restroom stops if needed, we plan to begin and end on time to be respectful of your time and the studio’s.
