The Soul Scripting Process provides structure, and a toolbox of practical exercises to gently guide that flow.
I've been developing and sharing the Soul Scripting Process for nine years now. In that time, I’ve shared it with hundreds of people, in workshops and one-to-one sessions. It’s always evolving, and I regularly add new exercises, inspired by innovations in neuroscience and psychology. But it’s the structure of the process, and the forward-motion that journey creates, that makes it so powerfully transformational.

SESSION STRUCTURE
Journey through the four stages of the Soul Scripting Process.
1. What do you want from life? The opening exercises will help you gain clarity and set an intention
2. You’ll learn new ways to appreciate the things that are going well, experiencing positive psychology in action
3. Offer some love and care to aspects of yourself that really need it
4. Then plant the seeds of change - creating an embodied experience of life as you wish it to feel
This is a three-hour session, with a small group, in a comfortable space. Tea, coffee and biscuits are included.
WELLBEING PROFESSIONALS
You don’t have to be a wellbeing professional to join this workshop, but I have designed it to be an excellent CPD opportunity to counsellors, coaches and anyone who provides emotional support to others. Many techniques you’ll learn are mindfulness, self-compassion and critical thinking exercises that can be shared with clients.
