About this Event

Indigenous Medicine – Part 2: Soul Retrieval Practices

Join us for the second installment in our Indigenous Medicine series, where we will explore the profound and transformative practice of soul retrieval—its purpose, core elements, and meaningful applications.

Across many Indigenous traditions, soul retrieval is understood as a sacred healing process that addresses fragmentation caused by trauma, grief, or significant life transitions. It is a pathway toward restoring balance, vitality, and a deeper connection to the self.

In this gathering, we will gently explore what it means to call back lost aspects of the self and cultivate a renewed sense of wholeness and inner alignment.

This session will include:

  • Teachings on the cultural and spiritual foundations of soul retrieval, including the respectful use and symbolism of elements such as plants, eggs, smoke, and candles
  • Guided reflection and experiential practices to support personal care and awareness
  • Space for integration, sharing, and grounded, respectful dialogue

The first class introduced the historical context, origin stories, and foundational understanding of soul retrieval within Indigenous medicine. In this second session, we will build upon that knowledge through more hands-on experiences, engaging the senses to deepen awareness and expand soul-level consciousness.

This offering is for those who feel called to deepen their healing journey and reconnect with their inner essence in a supportive and intentional environment.

Please note:
This is not a replacement for therapy or medical care, but a complementary, educational, and experiential space rooted in respect for Indigenous wisdom traditions. We will not be performing soul retrieval as a group. Private soul retrieval sessions may be booked separately and will be discussed as an option for those who wish to explore this work more deeply. This class is designed to provide insight and tools for personal reflection and integration into your own life.

What to bring:
A journal, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.

Who this is for:
Open to all, with an emphasis on approaching these teachings with humility, respect, and an open heart. This is a personal development offering and not a training or certification to practice on others. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding and a sacred framework for personal exploration and spiritual healing.
