A nourishing 4-day wellness and cultural experience on the beautiful Tropical Coast of Granada. Enjoy beachfront accommodation, daily yoga, meditation, nourishing food, spa time, cultural excursions, and deep soul-reconnection.

DAY 1 — Thursday, 23 April
Arrival & Welcome
Airport pick-up from Málaga Airport and transfer to Motril.
Check-in at our boutique beachfront hotel featuring a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and chill-out areas.
Welcome pack for each participant.
Sunset Beauty Ritual Circle on the Beach — grounding, intention-setting, and gentle connection with the group.
Free evening to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities.
DAY 2 — Friday, 24 April
Movement • Relaxation • Local Culture
07:00 – Yoga & Guided Meditation on the beach (1h30)
08:45 – Nutritious buffet breakfast with local tropical products
11:30 – Pilates Class (1h)
12:30–15:00 – Free time to explore the area or enjoy the spa, jacuzzi, and chill-out spaces
15:00 – Visit to Ron Montero Rum Factory and the Sugar Museum in Motril
Evening – Surprise Party
DAY 3 — Saturday, 25 April
Flamenco • History • Magic of Granada
07:00 – Yoga on the beach
08:30 – Breakfast
Morning Departure to Granada
Flamenco Masterclass with acclaimed dancer Conchi Maya at the iconic International Flamenco Dance & Theatre La Chumbera, Sacromonte.
Visit to an authentic Flamenco Cave in Sacromonte.
Time to explore Sacromonte & Albayzín: culture, local stories, artisan shops, and traditional gastronomy.
15:00 – Guided visit to The Alhambra Palace — one of the great wonders of the world.
After the Alhambra, a gentle walk into Granada city centre to experience the lasting Moorish influence.
~20:00 – Return to the hotel in Motril.
Evening relaxation & reflection circle (optional).
DAY 4 — Sunday, 26 April
Healing Waters & Breathwork
07:00 – Early Yoga on the beach
08:30 – Breakfast
11:00 – Pilates class
14:00 – Journey to the Thermal Medicinal Waters of Alhama de Granada
Soak in the healing springs
Pranayama & Breath Awareness Session led by Sandra
Return to the hotel to rest, integrate, and enjoy a peaceful evening.
DAY 5 — Monday, 27 April
Closing Day
07:00 – Final Yoga Session
08:30 – Breakfast
Morning – Closing Meditation Circle
Check-out and transfer back to Málaga Airport.
